Andi Eigenmann Names Albie Casiño as the Father of her Unborn Child

At first she refused to directly name him. But now, months after news of her pregnancy spread, Andi Eigenmann finally named the father of her unborn child.

"Maybe instead of feeling bad that Albie (Casiño) left me to take on this responsibility by myself, I should thank him for giving me the opportunity (to) go out and find genuine happiness once again," Andi said in her post "#welliwasneverreallytheconventionaltype" on Sunday, September 4 in her blog "The Good That Won't Come Out Chapter: Deux" at andieigengirl.posterous.com.

Andi stressed that while she is not expecting Albie to take on the responsibility, she hoped he will eventually realize his role.

"I'd obviously love for him to be around eventually. You know, to save myself the struggle to find a good way to explain his absence to his child. At the same time, I'd understand. Cus after all, I have no idea who or what kind of a person all the fame and fortune has turned him into now. All I hope is that he's well," Andi posted.

In the revealing blog, Andi presented the challenges she is currently facing -- her shattered dreams of a grand wedding, her delayed plans for a successful career.

"I thought, maybe thinking about how my life should be right now, like the freedom and lightness of dreaming of the next wedding of the century, would readily bring me to tears again," Andi said. "Tears of regret in terms of being fully aware of the greatness and success that should have been. But no. No, because God really does love me."

Andi also mentioned that she remained strong and optimistic, fully accepting the consequences of her action.

"As soon as I have learned to embrace the fact that instead of having a child at the age of 29, it was blessed upon me as early as now, all those points that would usually bring me to endless tears, have remained to be dreams, STILL highly possible from coming true. This just goes to show that, yes, amidst the lack of maternal instincts and no ounce of being nurturing or maternal whatsoever, I am now undoubtedly ready to raise a child on my own," she noted.

Backed with what she calls "the best set of supportive family members," Andi said she continues her life with renewed faith. In her words, "God didn't create us to be immature spoiled brats who have to get everything as planned. Nothing's perfect, but I can assure you one thing: God is awesome and He knows what's best for us, without a doubt. Though not everything may go our way, things will always end up to be just what would keep us happy and contented," Andi added.

So what does the future hold for Andi?

The soon-to-be single mother has only one answer – patience.

"Everything will soon fall into place," wrote Andi.

Albie Casino Might Lose Role in Upcoming Teleserye

Albie Casino had a series of bad luck with regards to his showbiz career since the news about Andi Eigenmann’s pregnancy came out.



Albie, who’s been known for his role as Christian in the top-rating “Mara Clara” series, was supposed to star alongside Mara Clara themseleves–Kathryn Bernardo and Julia Montes–in the movie “Way Back Home” but he was replaced by Enrique Gil.



And now, Albie is being replaced again. This time by his bestfriend Daniel Padilla in the upcoming youth-oriented program “Growing Up” which is supposed to co-star him once again with Kathryn and Julia and other Mara Clara cast-members like Diego Loyzaga and Kiray Celis.



In an interview by PEP, Albie shared that he’s sad because of the unpleasant changes in his career. But more than losing the projects, he misses being with his friends.



“Hindi ko alam paano ko mae-explain. Of course, I felt sad kasi ang tagal ng Mara Clara. I bonded na with Kathryn, Julia and Diego Loyzaga. Kahit may ibang show na sila and ako rin, I’m still sad kasi yung bond na na-develop ko with them, wala ngayon. I miss them,” the controversial young actor said.



Albie Casino has one more project left with ABS-CBN and it’s the soap opera “Problem Child” where he is slated to work with Andi Eigenmann‘s aunt Cherrie Gil. Albie will also co-star with Yen Santos and Martin del Rosario for the TV adaptation of the classic film but there’s another problem that looms the young actor’s career.



Despite that fact that Albie has reportedly participated in the pictorial for “Problem Child,” rumor has it that he is going to be replaced by the new Kapamilya actor Paulo Avelino.



But of course, Albie will not give up easily without a fight. That’s why he’s working out daily to get buff because the role in “Problem Child” has some daring scenes that requires the male lead to be shirtless. And speaking of shirtless, the name Paulo Avelino will come to mind, right?



Albie is also filming the Regal Films horror movie remake “Aswang” where he plays the role of Jillian Ward‘s older brother. Also in the movie are Lovi Poe, Bembol Roco, Joem Bascon, Precious Lara Quigaman, Niña Jose, Marc Abaya and Paulo Avelino.

Albie Casino Misses Mara Clara Co-Stars

Young actor Albie Casino was supposedly one of the lead stars of the upcoming teen show Growing Up and Star Cinema movie Way Back Home but he was suddenly replaced by Daniel Padilla and Enrique Gil in the two projects respectively. Albie admits that he felt unhappy because of the changes in his career but more than losing the projects, he misses being with his friends. "Hindi ko alam paano ko mae-explain. However Albie states he has no hard feelings for the two actors especially toward Daniel. "Si Daniel, he’s a good friend of mine. Sayang na nandun siya sa Growing Up tapos ako wala na. Mas maganda sana pareho kami andun. Pero wala what can you do 'di ba?" Albie shared.



Albie said that he will definitely watch and support Way Back Home and Growing Up.



Meanwhile, Albie is enjoying the free time, something he rarely had when he was busy taping Mara Clara. "I'm doing good. Masarap din ang break, honestly. I get to see my friends and family. I am having a good time. The little time left when I was working hinahati-hati ko yan sa kanila. Now, I see them everyday."

Albie Casiño and Yen Santos on TV Remake of Problem Child

Mukhang ang remake na nga ng 1980's Regal Movie na Problem Child ni Cherrie Gil ang magiging bagong soap ni Albie Casiño at si Yen Santos na ang kanyang makakapareha. Kaya hindi totoo ang mga balitang lilipat na ito ng ibang istasyon. Na kahit nawalan ng mga projects si Albie ay meron naman palang kapalit.

Nakapagpictorial na raw ang dalawa noong isang araw paat nakaset daw ang TV remake na ito para ipalabas sa Kapamilya Gold. Abangan na lang natin ang mga susunod na anouncements tungkol dito.

Matatandaang noong una pa lamang ay nakaset na si Andi Eigenmann para sa remake ng pelikulang ito sa kanyang pagpirma bilang isang Regal Baby last year. Ngayon naman ay sa TV remake ng sinasabing ama ng kanyang ipinagbubuntis na si Albie.
