After years of avoiding each other, John Estrada once again shared the stage with ex-wife Janice de Belen during ABS-CBN's trade launch on Thursday night.De Belen attended the event as ABS-CBN presented her comeback series "Budoy" to advertisers.
In an interview, the actress said that she doesn't mind seeing Estrada again.
"Normal, wala lang, wala lang," de Belen stressing she actually feels nervous being introduced as a Kapamilya star again.
"Actually nervous ako kasi I've never been to a big event like this in showbiz for a very long time, pero it feels good," she said.
De Belen added that although they are working for the same network, she doesn't see herself doing a project with her ex-husband in the future.
"Okay naman kami pero siguro hindi na kailangang magtrabaho pa kami.We are fine this way. We are civil," De Belen said.
In a separate interview, Estrada said that he fully respects de Belen's decision not to work with him again. He stressed that he's just happy that De Belen is back with the Kapamilya network.
"Oo naman ganoon talaga hindi siya komportable, ako I'd love to work with her pero kung di siya kumportable I'll respect her ganoon talaga," Estrada said.
