Showtime Hosts Face Fears on Matanglawin

Anne Curtis, Vice Ganda, Ryan Bang, and Jugs face their fears this Sunday (Aug 28) as they join fellow “Showtime” host Kuya Kim enter the world of phobias in another exciting episode of “Matanglawin.”



Watch as they try to overcome their respective fears like the country’s Trivia King who attempts to face his phobia on spiders. His phobia started when a certain hairy tarantula triggered a sudden allergy attack on him.



Why do people develop fears? How does one get over a phobia?

Kuya Kim Ventures into the World of Colors in Matanglawin

Kuya Kim takes you to a colorful adventure this Sunday (Aug 21) as he explores the world of colors in “Matanglawin.”



Be it on animals or humans, colors definitely serve different purposes. In the animal world, colors are used by animals to defend themselves like the butterflies that use uses their colorful wings as a signal for enemies to stay away by signalling that they have poison. The panther chameleon’s skin adapts to its surroundings so it can fool anyone who wants to make it their mid-day snack.

Battle of the Beasts on Matanglawin

Kuya Kim takes you to the front row seats to witness beasts battle beasts this Sunday (July 31) in “Matanglawin.”

Watch preys go against their predators in the first round. Rodents try to escape the raptors; baboons try to survive the hungry leopard, and buffaloes outsmart lions and lionesses through numbers.

The second round gets tougher as predators go against fellow predators. Two of the most notorious animals—lions and hyenas— will be pitted against each other in a battle for territory and food.
